Commerce consulting and fractional leadership
Your technical lead for the storefront and everything connected to it — on a standing weekly cadence, for as long as you need us.
Overview
Most of our client relationships run for years. We meet every week, work a shared priority list, keep your platform patched and your vendors accountable, and fill the e-commerce or technology leadership role if you don't have one.
Sound familiar?
- No in-house technical staff, or no time to manage the online business
- Several agencies, hosts and app vendors — and nobody holding them to what was agreed
- Security patches, upgrades and extension compatibility falling behind
- Vendors that are slow to respond, and no clear way to escalate

Questions we're often asked
What does an ongoing consulting engagement look like?
Most clients meet with us every week on a standing call. We work through a shared priority list, do the technical work ourselves or with the right partner, and follow up on every action item. During launches we meet as often as the project needs — sometimes daily.
Do you replace our agency or developer?
Usually not. We often work alongside a client's existing agency, host and app vendors, set priorities with them and hold everyone to what was agreed. If a partner isn't the right fit, we help you find one who is.
We don't have an e-commerce or IT leader. Can you fill that role?
Yes. For many clients we act as the technical lead and e-commerce manager: owning the roadmap, deciding what to build or buy, and acting as the single point of contact for every vendor.
