The work

  1. 2025 – in progress

    Odoo ERP implementation

    The challenge

Winston ran on QuickBooks with manual order entry, subcontracted embroidery and manual inventory adjustments for customized products, and wanted one ERP across its businesses plus B2B commerce on Odoo.

    What we did

PeakBeyond™ guided the ERP and partner selection, moved the project through a gap-analysis workshop and an on-site manufacturing workshop to a Phase 1 scope, and wrote the customer data clean-up scripts. We run the weekly alignment calls — managing the Shopify–Odoo connector testing, SKU mapping, access and permissions, UAT and training — and the B2B site is being rebuilt on Odoo.

  2. October 2025 – 2026

    Custom headcovers on Shopify

    The challenge

Requests for personalized headcovers were growing, and product variants couldn't carry inventory for custom items.

    What we did

PeakBeyond™ set up separate unlisted custom products, a product customizer with embroidery font matching and personalization fee lines, and then evaluated a 3D customizer that can feed both Shopify and Odoo.

  3. July 2024 – April 2025

    BigCommerce to Shopify migration

    The challenge

Winston had outgrown QuickBooks plus BigCommerce, and moving the consumer store to Shopify meant migrating products, customers, order history and gift cards cleanly, with SEO, tax, email, reviews, accounting sync and shopping feeds working from day one.

    What we did

PeakBeyond™ ran the technology discovery, rebuilt the category tree as collections with a full redirect map, coordinated the build and test partners, and wrote the UAT plan (checkout, gift cards, debossed items, search, content). We managed the launch integrations — Avalara, Klaviyo, Judge.me, AfterShip, QuickBooks, Google and Meta feeds and GA4 — and the DNS cutover. After launch we cleaned up migrated orders and old shopping listings and arranged Shopify training for the team.

    The result

The Shopify store launched in April 2025 with all product data migrated. The day after launch the client reported orders and fulfillment running smoothly, and BigCommerce was shut down in May 2025.

  4. 2025 – 2026

Shopify operations, wholesale and site performance

    The challenge

After launch, returns were manual, discounts and custom products didn't map cleanly to QuickBooks, wholesale customers needed their own ordering, and apps, images and missing SEO titles were weighing on the site.

    What we did

PeakBeyond™ set up automated returns, fixed the QuickBooks mapping, added bulk sale pricing, designed a Shopify B2B wholesale site (registration and approval, catalog, charge-on-account and tax), tuned performance, cleaned up images and swatches, fixed Merchant Center issues and added back-in-stock notifications.

  5. 2022 – January 2024

B2B wholesale site with a custom headcover builder

    The challenge

Wholesale customers needed to design custom leather headcovers and putter covers with personalization zones and logos. The customizer had to fit BigCommerce and Winston's wholesale process — and the site had to be live for a trade show.

    What we did

PeakBeyond™ evaluated the customizer proposal and order flow, aligned the B2B scope with BigCommerce, and project-managed the site build and customizer fixes. We wrote the B2B site content and drove the final go-live task list over the weekend before the show.

    The result

The B2B site went live on January 22, 2024, the first day of the trade show.

  6. 2020 – 2022

    BigCommerce foundation and integrations

    The challenge

Most orders were custom and took days to produce, the business ran on QuickBooks, and the team had little in-house IT.

    What we did

PeakBeyond™ ran weekly working sessions with the owners and set up order sync to QuickBooks, shipping, a product customizer, Avalara sales tax and the store theme with the development partner.
