The challenge
Parent/child products, images and categories had to come from Counterpoint, and orders, payments, gift cards and tracking had to flow back.
What we did
PeakBeyond™ managed the build, the upgrade and redirects, worked with the integration partner on order import and tracking upload, and tested gift cards before go-live.
The result
Watra went live on Magento 2 in May 2019.
November 2024 – January 2025
Catalog sync repair before Black Friday
The challenge
Products, child items, images and prices had gone missing or wrong, and admin edits were blocked — right before Black Friday.
What we did
PeakBeyond™ fixed missing children and price display with the integration partner, cleaned up categories and units, and resolved the security block.
The result
By December 2024 the client reported the site in good shape and running smoothly.
