Hosting move and Magento clean-up
The challenge
The site had to leave its old host by year-end, and Magento was slow.
What we did
PeakBeyond™ planned a move-then-fix approach, coordinated the host and developers across seven storefront domains, and directed caching, queue and database clean-up, extension upgrades and a slow fraud-check job fix.
The result
The store moved on schedule and the slow fraud-check queries were resolved.

GoFlow order management and shipping
The challenge
Batch label printing was a bottleneck, and orders came from Magento plus several marketplace and dropship channels.
What we did
PeakBeyond™ led the GoFlow rollout: order status integration, bundles and kits, carrier accounts for every store, label layouts, marketplace inventory sync, dropship intake and the Amazon Vendor flow.
