The work
2024 – 2026
Körber WMS integration with Counterpoint
The challenge
The new warehouse system had to exchange receivings, counts and store-to-store transfers with Counterpoint, and transfer posting was manual.
What we did
PeakBeyond™ installed and tested the Counterpoint API for receivings and counts and designed the transfer integration — feeding posted transfers to the warehouse system and creating the transfer-in automatically — then added one-step batch posting.
The result
The new transfer process went live in production in June 2026.
September 2025 – February 2026
B2B ordering app integration
The challenge
Orders from the new Pepper ordering app had to reach Counterpoint with the right profit center, wholesale pricing and credit rules, and customers' credits and balances had to show in the app.
What we did
PeakBeyond™ reviewed order processing, moved wholesale pricing to Counterpoint price rules instead of overrides, designed minimum-order and credit-limit handling, exposed open credits through SQL views, and set up nightly receivables uploads to Pepper.
July 2025 – January 2026
EDI platform replacement
The challenge
Daily EDI transactions ran on a homegrown application that lacked visibility and round-the-clock support.
What we did
PeakBeyond™ served as technical liaison to the new EDI provider: integration endpoints, Counterpoint API authentication and firewall access, monitoring the EDI agent, and investigating quantity discrepancies as the first trading partners moved over.
January – March 2026
Delivery routing integration
The challenge
Delivery orders were keyed into OptimoRoute by hand, leaving addresses inconsistent and duplicated.
What we did
PeakBeyond™ wrote the Counterpoint query and guided a developer on the sync script, added defaults for next-day and second-day delivery, and recommended Counterpoint as the single source of addresses.
The result
A production test in March 2026 confirmed the upload worked and was fast.
2025 – 2026
Data integrity and replenishment
The challenge
The team needed confidence in transaction data and min/max replenishment that uses safety stock by location.
What we did
PeakBeyond™ documented every system and integration in a data-flow diagram, built automated duplicate checks and location-level min/max recalculation, and scoped a backorder workflow across Counterpoint and the warehouse.
The result
The duplicate check runs automatically, and location-level replenishment went to production in August 2026.
2024 – 2025
ERP evaluation and Counterpoint planning
The challenge
Texas Wholesale was assessing a new ERP, and its Fort Worth and Dallas locations ran as separate Counterpoint companies.
What we did
PeakBeyond™ reviewed ERP candidates and their data conversion, identified the warehouse data Counterpoint would need, reviewed the next Counterpoint version with the dealer, and test-migrated Fort Worth data into a copy of the Dallas company.
