The challenge
The move involved several development agencies and Adobe, and Magento 1 needed hardening in the meantime.
What we did
PeakBeyond™ acted as Tdot's technical lead: advising on how the build was split, the catalog search module and developer qualifications, hardening Magento 1, and working the performance and platform tickets with Adobe.
The result
automotivestuff.com launched in February 2023 and tdotperformance.ca in July 2023. One post-launch deployment brought product loads down to about four seconds from timing out.
