Worked alongside

The work

  1. 2019 – 2020

    Stabilization and hosting move

    The challenge

After launch the site had poor performance, order-processing errors and bot-driven crashes.

    What we did

PeakBeyond™ escalated the order errors, added a web application firewall, moved the store to managed Magento hosting and upgraded Magento with every extension.

    The result

The store moved to its new host in February 2020.

  2. 2019 – 2021

    Multi-location inventory and product options

    The challenge

Stock had to be accurate by location, configurable products needed required add-ons, and web orders had to import into Counterpoint.

    What we did

PeakBeyond™ set up store-specific pages and kits, deployed multi-location inventory, fixed product options and order statuses, and resolved an admin outage.

  3. 2022

    Technology handover

    The challenge

Hosting, domains and payment gateways had to move to a new IT team without interrupting sales, with product data coming from its systems.

    What we did

PeakBeyond™ documented every service, walked the new IT team through the gateway switch with test transactions, moved account access and supplied the data feed views.

    The result

The payment gateway switched over successfully and transactions continued normally.
