Marmi runs three storefronts — Marmi, Vaneli and Shoe Rack — from one Magento catalog tied to Counterpoint. PeakBeyond™ acts as its e-commerce technical lead: moving hosting, launching the Vaneli storefront, upgrading Magento on scalable AWS hosting, and keeping coupons, tracking and marketing opt-ins in step with Counterpoint.

We've had an E-commerce website for 5+ years and it wasn't until we teamed up with PeakBeyond™ that we really started optimizing our E-Commerce channel. What I love most is their vast knowledge on all things E-commerce. Our sales volume would not be where it is today without the help of PeakBeyond™, and I couldn't wish for anything more from a partner.

Worked alongside

The work

  1. April – September 2026

Checkout accuracy, privacy and new channels

    The challenge

Address errors caused manual order fixes, chargeback risk was rising, cookie consent had to hold back tags until visitors agreed, and ads in ChatGPT were a new channel to test.

    What we did

PeakBeyond™ added address autocomplete and a front-end address verifier on all three sites, made checkout save the billing address automatically, evaluated a fraud-scoring extension, set up a small ChatGPT ads test, and audited the new cookie consent banner, sending the gaps it found to the developers.

    The result

The address verifier was working correctly across all three sites in August 2026.

  2. September 2025 – 2026

Magento upgrade and scalable AWS hosting

    The challenge

The store needed the latest Magento version and security patches before the holidays, on hosting that could scale up for launches and Cyber Monday instead of a fixed server.

    What we did

PeakBeyond™ sized the scalable AWS environment with JetRails. Helix upgraded Magento on a new server, and PeakBeyond™ reconnected the Counterpoint integration with key-based file transfer and the search integration, tested and cut over — giving the Marmi team performance dashboards, alerts and the ability to scale up for promotions.

  3. August 2025 – July 2026

SEO, feeds and search across three storefronts

    The challenge

Vaneli had no product feed of its own, and filtered URLs and category names were diluting SEO across the shared catalog.

    What we did

PeakBeyond™ built a separate Merchant Center feed for Vaneli, worked with Fast Simon on sync and multi-store fixes, created permanent SEO landing categories, added SEO names that override page headings without breaking Counterpoint category mapping, standardized URLs and proposed robots rules for filtered pages.

  4. May 2025 – June 2026

Counterpoint integration: coupons, tracking and marketing opt-ins

    The challenge

Web coupons and discounts weren't reaching Counterpoint correctly, tracking numbers needed to flow back to Magento, and email and SMS opt-ins — including those captured in store — had to sync with Klaviyo.

    What we did

With Retail Dimensions, PeakBeyond™ imported coupons as line items mapped to Counterpoint items, fixed the discount calculation, ran end-to-end card tests and investigated the tracking import. With Mainspring, we defined two-way Klaviyo opt-in and opt-out fields with timestamps, including in-store SMS opt-ins.

  5. May – August 2024

New hosting, a refreshed Marmi storefront and the Vaneli launch

    The challenge

Marmi needed faster, more dependable hosting and a modern storefront, with Vaneli to follow on the same platform.

    What we did

PeakBeyond™ moved the Magento store to JetRails, relaunched the Marmi front end on the new infrastructure with product card, search and clearance fixes, mapped Counterpoint product data to color-family filters, and kicked off the Vaneli storefront on the same Magento backend.
