Worked alongside

The work

  1. 2024 – 2026

Vendor catalogs, item creation and inventory automation

    The challenge

Thousands of vendor style, color and size combinations had to become gridded Counterpoint items and Magento products with the right colors, model stock and availability.

    What we did

PeakBeyond™ built vendor catalog lookups and color mapping tables, created items on the fly from catalog lookups, displayed vendor catalog availability online, set up nightly image and tiered-pricing exports, and cleaned up model stock against the vendor catalog.

  2. September 2024 – 2026

Order imports, backorders and loyalty in Counterpoint

    The challenge

Imported team uniform and web orders with deposits and backorders left inventory commitments wrong and releases stuck, and customers needed to move between loyalty programs automatically.

    What we did

PeakBeyond™ reworked the team uniform order import — payment lines, account charges, unit prices and line sequencing — recalculated commitments, moved release timing, and built loyalty program tracking with scheduled transitions, point boosts, expiry dates and automated reports.

  3. April – September 2024

Second storefront on Shopify, connected to Counterpoint

    The challenge

Lettermen sells custom gear on a separate Shopify store alongside its Magento site, and those orders — including personalization options for items with no matching Counterpoint item — had to flow into Counterpoint with the right tax and descriptions.

    What we did

PeakBeyond™ worked with Retail Dimensions on a second-site integration for Shopify — importing unmatched custom items against a generic item, passing personalization options through, reviewing tax settings on both sides — and tested product option data end to end.

    The result

Shopify product options imported correctly into Counterpoint (September 2024).

  4. 2025 – present

Production workflow, social commerce and platform support

    The challenge

The team needed its production system connected to the store, a clean social commerce catalog, custom-product fixes, protection from attacks, and advice on where the platform goes next.

    What we did

PeakBeyond™ supported Lettermen's FileMaker production dashboard and decoration pricing grids linked to Magento, set up the Meta catalog feed with a simplified color attribute, updated product upload procedures, managed custom-product changes with the developer, worked with the host on malware and bot protection, and is advising on a lighter future platform with version control and read-only data access for AI tools.

  5. 2021 – 2023

RFID inventory and team uniform order integrations

    The challenge

Team uniform orders were keyed separately from Counterpoint, and RFID inventory counts had to reach the POS.

    What we did

PeakBeyond™ designed a team uniform order import through the vendor's API — mapping order and personalization fields — and brought the RFID inventory download into Counterpoint for every location.

    The result

The RFID download worked for each location, and the first phase of the order import was completed in 2022.

  6. 2020 – 2021

Customer data sync for marketing and loyalty

    The challenge

Lettermen wanted richer customer data in Klaviyo and loyalty points that follow customers between the website and the stores.

    What we did

PeakBeyond™ worked with Lettermen's IT lead and vendors on the customer import, scheduling and name mapping, and fixed scheduled jobs after hosting changes.

    The result

The hourly customer import ran reliably.
