Boys Republic's Della Robbia wreath program concentrates a year's online orders into a few months. PeakBeyond™ has supported its wreath seasons since 2020 and led the consolidation of its main website and its wreath and bakery stores into one Shopify store — with orders, POS and tax flowing into Counterpoint — in time for the 2025 season.

Thank you again for the incredibly detailed instructions on how to enter staff orders on boysrepublic.org. It has been extremely helpful, and going through it step-by-step is making our preparation a lot easier. … We appreciate all of your help and support with this setup!

The work

  1. January – September 2025

Three websites merged into one Shopify store

    The challenge

Boys Republic ran a WordPress main site plus separate Magento stores for wreaths and the bakery, and needed one modern site that staff could maintain — live before the wreath season began.

    What we did

PeakBeyond™ set up the Shopify account and recommended apps for multi-address gift orders, then led the build with Helix Solutions in phases: setup, theme, data migration from all three sites, navigation, checkout and payments, and testing. We carried over redirects and SEO metadata and brought in an SEO and email marketing partner for launch.

    The result

The new Shopify site launched in September 2025, with online wreath ordering open from October 1.

  2. July 2025 – April 2026

Shopify connected to Counterpoint, ShipWorks and accounting

    The challenge

Web orders, including multi-address gift orders, had to reach Counterpoint and ShipWorks, send tracking numbers back, and reconcile with the bank and the accounting system.

    What we did

Working with Retail Dimensions, PeakBeyond™ designed parent and child order numbering, imported the child orders, tagged imported orders so missing ones are easy to find, set a daily batch release so tracking numbers flow back to Shopify, connected the bakery to ShipWorks, and split payment codes by ordering method so finance reports reconcile.

  3. January – September 2026

Multi-recipient ordering rebuilt for season two

    The challenge

Most wreath and bakery orders ship as gifts to many addresses. The first-season apps conflicted with store pickup, and phone orders took staff many steps.

    What we did

PeakBeyond™ evaluated the options and moved Boys Republic to a SendToMany multi-recipient flow built with the app's developer and tested in a sandbox store: separate bakery and wreath ordering pages, gift message and address fields sized for Counterpoint, spreadsheet import and export of recipient lists, order history and resend, and a staff mode for phone orders.

  4. 2025 – present

First season on Shopify, and preparing for the next

    The challenge

The first season on a new platform surfaced issues with coupons, tax adjustments, reporting, order reconciliation and address data, and the second season needed clearer ordering pages, gift cards and better communication.

    What we did

PeakBeyond™ found and fixed issues proactively — including adding a delay to the order import — re-imported orders with tax adjustments, cleaned up and standardized address data, wrote a step-by-step staff order entry guide, and fixed a tax bug that blocked order edits. For 2026 we redesigned the bakery and wreath ordering pages, set up gift cards across Shopify, POS and Counterpoint, and connected Klaviyo with delivery-status digests and a reorder flow.

    The result

Staff prepared for the 2026 season with the new order entry guide.

  5. 2020 – 2024

    Wreath-season operations on Magento

    The challenge

Heavy seasonal volume meant web orders had to import reliably into Counterpoint, even at peak.

    What we did

PeakBeyond™ resolved peak-season import issues with the connector vendor, ran wreath order batch releases, reconciled sales tax, set up a daily bakery order export and transactional email for wreath orders, and supported shipping.
