The work
2025 – 2026
Odoo ERP
The challenge
Anchor and its related companies needed one ERP.
What we did
PeakBeyond™ evaluated implementation partners and checked references, brought in the chosen partner, cleaned up QuickBooks products and customers, joined the gap-analysis workshop and statement-of-work review, and paused website work while the rollout — starting with accounting — ran.
March – May 2025
Shipping and back-office automation review
The challenge
Bills of lading and local delivery routes were handled by hand across QuickBooks and spreadsheets.
What we did
PeakBeyond™ reviewed the workflow and evaluated freight, shipping and route-planning tools, QuickBooks Online with a CRM, and Amazon fulfillment options — a review that led to the ERP search.
January – February 2025
Launching online ordering to customers
The challenge
Existing customers still ordered by email and phone, and the new store's ability to charge orders to an account had to be announced.
What we did
PeakBeyond™ coached the team through its first email announcement: customer segments from Shopify, sender authentication, list clean-up, a follow-up to non-openers, a sign-up pop-up and a first-order offer.
2024
Move to Shopify
The challenge
Anchor needed an active shopping cart, supplier catalogs and its own pricing loaded, and SKUs that map to its accounting — plus a clean handover from its previous provider.
What we did
PeakBeyond™ wrote the transition plan, sourced and reviewed the build proposal, ran weekly reviews, and managed SKUs, barcodes, pricing and supplier catalogs, then fixed collection URLs and account sign-up after launch.
The result
The new Shopify store launched in 2024.
