Success story
A small team runs a big parts catalog with one-click deployments
Radco Truck Accessory Store
Radco sells truck accessories online and in store, where every part has to match a specific vehicle; PeakBeyond has supported its store since 2017, moving it to dedicated servers, a new development partner and a current platform version.

- 9+ yearsworking together since 2017
- 6major initiatives
- 90,000 to 7,000indexing errors, before and after
The Challenge
A parts business held back by how the site was built and run
Radco's small e-commerce team supports a store where shoppers pick parts by vehicle, so fitment data, pricing and inventory all have to stay in step with the retail system.
The work around the store was slowing them down more than the store itself: the server was short on memory, code was deployed by hand — which was slow and caused errors and downtime — and development turnaround had become unpredictable.
Meanwhile the platform version was approaching the end of support, tens of thousands of indexing errors had built up, many products weren't showing in shopping results, and the vehicle parts finder was missing a level of detail, held orphaned records and sometimes stalled on import.
The Strategy
Fix how the work gets done before doing more of it
PeakBeyond's judgment was that hosting and process came first. We compared cloud and dedicated hosting and recommended dedicated servers, with staging and production and an automated deployment pipeline, so releases stopped being a manual risk.
Where a supplier was the constraint, we said so: we recommended moving to a new development partner, guided the decision and approvals, and set up access — then kept a weekly check-in so the relationship stays managed rather than hopeful.
Only then did we take on the platform upgrade and new servers, planned as a runbook that gave each party — developer, host, Radco and the marketing agency — its own tasks and its own checks.
The Solution
New foundations, then the upgrade and the catalog work
Each step was sized so a small internal team could absorb it without pausing the business.
PeakBeyond worked with Radco Truck Accessory Store's internal team and specialized technology partners to:
- Moved to dedicated servers with staging, production and an automated deployment pipeline, plus modern image formats, page caching and a newer database
- Guided the change of development partner, including approvals, access and a standing weekly check-in
- Led the platform upgrade and server move with a runbook per party, then ran the data restore, media sync, cutover and post-launch checks
- Rebuilt the vehicle parts finder with an extra level of selection, scheduled imports and automatic clean-up of records when a product is deleted
- Rebuilt checkout as a single step with address autocomplete, wallet and card payments and redesigned order emails
- Cleaned up search indexing and shopping feeds, including firewall rules that were blocking the feed and the crawler, and keeps pricing, fitment and tax data current
The Results
Faster releases, a cleaner catalog and a launch that held
Deploying to production became a single click, and Radco's team noted how quickly fixes now happen. The new checkout went live in June 2025, and indexing errors reported by the search engine fell from more than 90,000 to fewer than 7,000.
The rebuilt parts finder went live in March 2026, with uploads running every 10 minutes instead of once a day, so fitment data is current rather than a day behind.
The upgraded store went live on new servers on September 15, 2026, ahead of the holidays. A live card test showed the order in both the storefront and the retail system, with images correct on desktop and mobile.
Radco's team now ships changes in minutes rather than waiting days — on a store that finally keeps up with its catalog.
I just love that fixes happen so quickly.
