Success story

A global brand trusts one advisor with its commerce, year after year

Global Consumer Brand

A global consumer brand sells online across the Americas and Asia, in its own flagship stores and to business partners; PeakBeyond has been its commerce advisor since 2017 — from a six-country regional rollout to in-store systems, security and platform upgrades.

  • 9+ yearsworking together since 2017
  • 6Latin American markets launched in one regional build
  • 2flagship stores moved to a new POS

A global brand with local rules everywhere it sells

The brand sells physical and digital products to consumers in many countries, runs flagship retail stores and supplies business partners. Every market brings its own language, currency, payment methods, taxes and consumer rules — and every channel has to agree with the systems behind it.

Expanding into Latin America meant six countries at once, each with local payment providers, offline cash payments, country-specific taxes on digital goods and age and country restrictions tied to the customer's account.

At the same time the brand's standards are exacting: security reviews, release windows measured in minutes and zero tolerance for a storefront outage. Its partners needed a single advisor who understood the whole estate, not a new vendor for every project.

Own the architecture, manage the specialists

PeakBeyond acted as the brand's commerce architect and program lead. We defined requirements, owned acceptance testing and coordinated the development, hosting, tax and payment partners, so the brand dealt with one accountable team.

For the regional rollout we built one shared platform with country-specific configuration rather than six separate stores, so translations, payments, taxes and restrictions could differ by market while the operation stayed common.

For ongoing work the rule is simple: stability first. Security and platform upgrades come before new features, and every release is rehearsed and deployed in a short, agreed window.

Nearly a decade of connected projects

PeakBeyond worked with the brand's internal teams and specialized technology partners to:

  • Launched a regional commerce platform — Built storefronts for six Latin American countries with local languages, payment providers, offline cash payments, country taxes and account-based age and country restrictions.
  • Automated digital product delivery — Designed order emails that deliver digital codes with redemption links, plus partial refunds, returns reporting and a customer-service role for store agents.
  • Connected the flagship stores — Supported in-store POS from 2017, then led a new POS rollout for two flagship stores, in-store digital code printing and the store integrations into the ERP for sales, refunds, returns and discounts.
  • Extended into new channels — Scoped a business-partner ordering portal with single sign-on, supported a parts storefront and an employee store, and added storefronts in Asia.
  • Kept the estate secure and current — Applied security-program fixes across every store, locked down unused endpoints and upload paths, removed 225 obsolete admin accounts and planned the next platform upgrade ahead of new features.

Each project was delivered alongside ongoing weekly support, so the storefronts kept trading while the platform around them evolved.

Trusted with the next project, every time

What began in 2017 with in-store systems support grew into a relationship covering the brand's storefronts, flagship stores, partner channels and security. Its storefronts in six Latin American countries went live, each with its own local payments, taxes and restrictions.

In 2026 alone, security fixes were applied across all stores, a scheduled release was deployed within its 20 to 30 minute window, and the store integrations into the ERP were scoped as the retail POS licenses reached their end date.

The brand's teams bring PeakBeyond new markets, new channels and hard deadlines — and the work continues week after week.

A global brand with the highest standards has relied on the same advisor for over nine years — proof that the work holds up.
